🤝 Partner FAQ – Distributors & Shops
1. Who can join Request Parts as a partner?
Any verified distributor, parts supplier, or repair shop across Europe can apply to become a partner. You must provide basic company information and a valid registration number (e.g. KVK in the Netherlands).
2. How do I list my parts?
Once registered and approved, you'll gain access to your distributor dashboard where you can add, edit, and manage parts — including price, quantity, images, country of origin, and more.
3. Can I respond to incoming part requests?
Yes. All partners can view public requests submitted by verified users and send direct offers. Each offer can include price, estimated delivery time, notes, and an image.
4. Is there a cost to join?
Currently, registration is free. In the future, we may offer premium features or visibility upgrades for a fee, but listing and replying remains free for verified partners.
5. How can I track performance?
Your dashboard includes analytics on the number of views, replies sent, clicks received, and conversion rates for each part you offer. You can use this data to optimize your offers.
6. How do I communicate with customers?
After sending a reply, users can message you directly through the internal system. You'll be notified via email and see conversations inside your Messages tab.
7. Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is securely stored and protected. We never share your pricing or internal communications with third parties. GDPR compliance is maintained at all levels.
