  3. Disputes must be resolved between the involved parties. Request Parts holds no responsibility for delayed shipments, wrong deliveries, or fraudulent activity.

5. Intellectual Property

  1. All platform content including logos, software, and design elements remain the intellectual property of Request Parts.
  2. You may not duplicate, reproduce, or exploit any content or code without express written consent.

6. Privacy and Data Handling
