Terms of Service for Request Parts

• Users may search for parts, browse listings, view supplier information and submit parts requests through available Request Parts tools.
• Registered business users may publish listings, supplier feed posts, product information and responses to buyer requests where those features are available.
• All use of Request Parts must be lawful, professional and consistent with these Terms and applicable platform policies.
• You must not interfere with platform security, availability, performance or the normal use of Request Parts by other users.

• You must provide accurate, complete and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping passwords and login credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account.
• You should notify Request Parts if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
• You may not impersonate another person or business, create misleading profiles or register using information you are not authorized to use.
• Account sharing, transfer or resale may be restricted unless the relevant business-account functionality explicitly permits team access.

Business accounts are expected to maintain accurate company information and professional marketplace conduct.

• Business users must provide truthful company, registration, tax and contact information where requested.
• Suppliers are responsible for maintaining accurate stock, pricing, product condition, compatibility, delivery and warranty information.
• Business users must have the right to offer, advertise or distribute the products they publish.
• Request Parts may review, verify, restrict or remove business profiles or listings when information appears incomplete, misleading or inconsistent with platform rules.
• Verification, where provided, does not guarantee product quality, financial reliability or performance in an individual transaction.

• You remain responsible for descriptions, images, prices, links, messages, files, compatibility claims and other content that you submit.
• You must only upload content that you are legally entitled to use and publish.
• Product information must not intentionally misrepresent brand, condition, authenticity, compatibility, origin or availability.
• Request Parts may moderate, edit, restrict, hide or remove content that violates these Terms, platform policies or applicable law.
• By submitting content, you grant Request Parts the rights reasonably required to store, display, process and distribute that content through the platform and related marketplace features.

Request Parts provides technology for parts discovery, buyer requests, supplier visibility, listings, communication and marketplace workflows.

• Request Parts is not necessarily the seller of every product, part or offer displayed on the platform.
• Independent distributors, suppliers, repair shops or other marketplace participants may provide the product information and commercial offer.
• The relevant seller may determine final price, stock, delivery method, shipping cost, warranty, return conditions and other transaction terms.
• Users should verify the identity of the seller, product compatibility and commercial terms before completing a transaction.

• Where a transaction takes place between a buyer and an independent seller, that seller is responsible for fulfilling the transaction according to the agreed terms.
• Buyers should confirm part number, model, version, condition and compatibility before ordering.
• Shipping, delivery, returns, cancellations, refunds and warranties may depend on the terms of the relevant seller.
• Request Parts may provide communication or marketplace tools but does not guarantee that a buyer and seller will reach an agreement.
• Where appropriate, parties should first attempt to resolve transaction disputes directly and professionally.

• Some Request Parts services may be offered free of charge while others may require payment or a subscription.
• When a paid plan is offered, the applicable price, billing frequency and included features should be shown before purchase.
• Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their own terms.
• Promotional pricing, free periods or introductory offers may be subject to eligibility requirements and may change when the promotional period ends.
• Where automatic renewal applies, cancellation should prevent future renewals in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.

• Fraud, impersonation, deceptive listings, phishing, spam or attempts to manipulate marketplace activity are prohibited.
• Counterfeit products, stolen goods, unlawful goods or products that infringe third-party intellectual-property rights are prohibited.
• Listings for unsafe or restricted goods may be removed where they violate law, platform rules or applicable safety requirements.
• You may not upload malicious code, scrape the service in an abusive manner, bypass access controls or interfere with platform infrastructure.
• You may not use buyer or supplier data obtained through Request Parts for unrelated marketing, resale or unauthorized profiling.

• Request Parts branding, logos, software, interface design, database structure and original platform content remain protected intellectual property.
• You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, commercially exploit or redistribute protected Request Parts materials without authorization.
• Third-party brands, product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
• Listing a third-party brand or product on Request Parts does not imply endorsement or ownership by Request Parts.

• Personal data is processed for account administration, communication, marketplace functionality, security and service improvement in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.
• Request Parts does not sell user personal data to advertisers.
• Information may be shared with service providers when required to operate the platform or where required by law.
• Users and business partners must handle personal data obtained through the platform responsibly and only for legitimate marketplace purposes.

• Request Parts may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law or platform policies.
• Serious fraud, security abuse, illegal activity or repeated misleading marketplace conduct may result in immediate restriction.
• Where appropriate, Request Parts may request updated information or corrective action before restoring account access.
• Termination does not remove obligations or liabilities that arose before account closure.

Request Parts aims to provide a reliable marketplace service, but availability, accuracy and uninterrupted access cannot always be guaranteed.

• Request Parts does not guarantee that every listing, request, seller profile, price or stock value is complete, current or error-free.
• Request Parts is not responsible for a seller's failure to ship, incorrect products, damaged goods, misrepresentation or other conduct outside Request Parts' direct control.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, Request Parts is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

• Request Parts may update features, services, pricing, policies or these Terms as the platform develops.
• Material changes may be communicated through the website, account area or email where appropriate.
• Your continued use of Request Parts after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or other rights that apply under European Union or local law and cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the competent courts or other legally applicable dispute-resolution mechanisms will apply according to the circumstances and mandatory law.
