Eberspacher Airtronic D2 to S3 D2L Heater Upgrade Kit 12v Heater and wiring conversion kit for to upgrade old version Eberspacher Espar D2 (25206) to the latest Airtronic S3 D2L (252953) heater model. The D2 heater and pump have been a popular choice for diesel heating in Camper, Marine, RV, Ambulance and Welfare Unit installations because of its optimised fuel efficiency and capability to provide 2kw of heating power through 60mm ducting. Whilst repair parts are still available for the 252069 D2, for fleet maintenance, where time is critical, a plug 'n' play  replacement heater unit can often prove the most effective solution to get a vehicle back on the road or a welfare unit back into hire.  For Marine and RV applications the D2 conversion kit is a simple and effective way to upgrade your heating system to a new and improved version with minimal work keeping your current Airtronic, ducting, fuel line and controller installed. Benefits of the included Airtronic upgrade harness: No wiring required: Plug-n-play design utilizes the already installed wiring harness and controller Essential for reducing downtime of Ambulance and Welfare fleets when replacement of older heater and pumps is required Compatible with D2 D4 D5 Airtronic heaters using 801 and 802 modulators or the EasyStart Select Diagnostic port for EasyScan included for heater testing and repair of Ax2 Ax3 models Fuel pump adapter lead included for old 4519 pump to new digital fuel dosing pump Certified for installation in passenger areas and in proximity to dangerous substances. PLEASE NOTE: This heater upgrade kit is compatible with existing heater installation using EasyStart Select or EasyStart Timer.
