De compacte LED G12 lampen zijn perfect als vervanging voor keramische metaalhalogeenlampen. Deze lampen worden vaak gebruikt in winkels, etalages en musea. Zorg ervoor dat u de ballast, condensator en ontsteker loskoppelt voor gebruik. Ze zijn alleen geschikt voor temperaturen tot 40°C in de armatuur. De LED-lichtbron kan snel defect raken door oververhitting, daarom zijn ze niet geschikt voor gebruik in krappe armaturen of armaturen waarbij de reflector dicht bij de LED zit. Het wordt aanbevolen om het glas of de afdekking van de armatuur te verwijderen.
