Het item is een kruisunit ontworpen voor bliksembeveiliging en voldoet aan de EN 62561-1 normen. Het gebruik omvat zowel bovengrondse als ondergrondse verbindingen van ronde en platte geleiders. De diameter van de ronde geleider varieert van 8-10 mm en de breedte van de platte geleider is maximaal 40 mm. Hij is voorzien van een tussenplaat en M8 zeskantschroeven voor een stevige bevestiging. De dwarsbalk is gemaakt van staal en thermisch verzinkt voor een efficiënte oppervlaktebescherming. Het maakt gebruik van een kruiskoppeling voor een betrouwbare, robuuste verbinding.
