De LED PL G23 (2-pins) TC-S lampen zijn vervangers voor de veelgebruikte compacte fluorescentielampen zonder ingebouwd voorschakelapparaat. De term 'PL' staat voor 'Public' aangezien deze lampen voornamelijk worden gebruikt in openbare ruimtes, gangen, kantoren, restaurants en als oriëntatieverlichting. Verwijder voor de installatie de condensator, indien van toepassing. Het ontkoppelen van de magnetische ballast is optioneel en niet noodzakelijk. Deze lampen zijn alleen geschikt voor parallelschakeling en niet voor serieschakeling. Ze kunnen werken binnen een omgevingstemperatuurbereik van -20°C tot +35°C.
