Deze vlinderklep is pneumatisch aangedreven, met een DN 100 boring en een wafer type aansluiting. Het is geschikt voor gemiddelde temperaturen van 5 tot 180°C (41 tot 356°F), met een maximale media druk van 10 bar (145 psi).De actuator werkt binnen een pneumatisch invoerbereik van 3 - 8 bar (43–116 psi) en levert een constant koppel van 55,9 Nm bij 6 bar (41 lb-ft @ 87 psi). De klepbehuizing is gemaakt van duurzaam gietijzer met een RVS schijf en een FKM afdichting, waardoor het geschikt is voor een breed bereik aan vloeistoffen- en gassen.De actuator beschikt over een robuust, enkelwerkend rack-en-pinion mechanisme met een 35-micron hard-geanodiseerde aluminium behuizing. Het is compatibel met ISO 5211 F07 kleppen en bevat BSPP luchtpoorten voor luchtinvoer en -uitvoer. Daarnaast heeft het een Namur 1/4 inch interface voor magneetventielen en een 80 x 30 mm interface voor VDI/VDE 3845 eindschakelaar boxen. Wordt ongeassembleerd geleverd, inclusief vlinderklep (BFLW-100-10-BBC), actuator (V3JM4/PR06A) en bevestigingsaccessoires.
