Dit secundaire apparaat uit het System 3000 van Gira is geschikt voor het aansturen van de secundaire aansluiting van een draaidimmer of dimmer mini met secundaire aansluitingang. Het apparaat is dus combineerbaar met de Gira dimmers 540100, 540600, 236500, 244000 en 245500. Het hulpapparaat moet worden geïnstalleerd in een inbouwdoos volgens DIN 49073. Dit Systeem 3000 toestel 238900 vervangt het Gira toestel 117700. Verder moet het dochterapparaat worden afgewerkt met een geschikte dimmerknop en afdekraam in een serie naar keuze.
