Deze compensator uit de GLE-serie van Eltako zorgt ervoor dat gloeiende of flikkerende dimbare lampen in de uit-stand tot het verleden behoren. Bij dimmers zonder N-aansluiting of met inductiespanningen kunnen deze problemen bijvoorbeeld optreden. De compensator voorkomt zelfontbranding van LED lampen op schakelaars met oriëntatieverlichting, kan in sommige gevallen de minimale diminstelling van LED lampen verlagen, kan zoemen van drivers of elektronische transformatoren voorkomen, verwijdert inductiespanningen en bromspanningen op de stuurlijn van dimmers, relais, impulsrelais enzovoort.
