De Eaton Industries NZMN S is een vermogensautomaat met een nominale continue stroom Iu van 50A en een nominale breekcapaciteit Icu bij 400 105kA. Hij heeft een instelbaar bereik voor overbelastingsbeveiliging van 300 tot 500 A en een bereik voor onmiddellijke kortsluiting van 300 tot 500 A. Het hoofdcircuit is aangesloten met een schroefverbinding en heeft drie polen. Als onderdeel van de NZM..-S serie is deze compacte vermogenschakelaar geschikt voor de IEC markt met zijn flexibele montagemogelijkheden via modulaire functiegroepen. Het bevat een magnetische kortsluitontkoppeling in combinatie met een overbelastingsrelais en een kortsluitontkoppeling zonder overbelastingsuitschakeling. Deze vermogenschakelaar voldoet aan alle eisen van de schakelcategorie AC-3.
