De SMC VR12 transmitter-type shuttle valve is een compacte pneumatische regelaar met 3 poorten en G 1/4 inch aansluitingen. Het heeft één uitgang en twee ingangspoorten, die automatisch het hogere druk-ingangssignaal selecteren. Het werkt tot 10 bar met een temperatuurbereik van -5° tot 60°C, en deze klep biedt een effectief gebied (Cv) van 0,38 tot 0,81. Ontworpen voor luchtdruksignaalsystemen, maakt het flexibele installatie en eenvoudige verbindingen mogelijk via eenhandsfittingen, waardoor het ideaal is voor industriële automatisering en pneumatische regeltoepassingen.
