Dit product is een accessoire van de Hensel Mi verdeler, die bestaat uit een montageplaat voor een kast of bureau van kunststof van 265 bij 265 mm. Hij is geschikt voor kastbreedtes van 265 mm en is bedoeld voor gebruik met een complete kast. De plaat is 4 mm dik en wordt geleverd met bevestigingsmateriaal. Hij mist oppervlaktebescherming en is ontworpen voor kasten met een hoogte van 265 mm. De kasten moeten geschikt zijn voor buiteninstallatie, rekening houdend met weersinvloeden. Kastdelen en deksels zijn van slagvast polycarbonaat, halogeen- en siliconenvrij, in RAL 7035 kleur met een transparant deksel met snelsluitingen voor gereedschapbediening. Het heeft een vlamgedrag conform DIN VDE 0471 Deel 2 - een gloeidraadtest van 960 °C. Het heeft een maximale wateropname van 10 mg volgens DIN 53473. Het product is dubbel geïsoleerd (beschermingsklasse II). De montageplaat Mi MP 2 is gemaakt van kunststof, 4 mm dik, voor Mi lege kasten, maten 1,3,4, en 8 inch.
