Deze ruimtetemperatuurregelaar van Belimo is ontworpen voor toepassingen in één ruimte en heeft één analoge uitgang. Dit veelzijdige apparaat is vooral nuttig in VAV-toepassingen (Variable Air Volume), waar het effectief één of meerdere VAV-regelaars kan aansturen. Bovendien gaat de analoge uitgang ao1 in change-over toepassingen naadloos over van koel- naar verwarmingsmodus met de ingang. Deze ruimteregelaar regelt temperaturen van 0 tot 50 °C (32 tot 122 °F). De voedingsspanning is 24 V DC. Het uitgangssignaal is 0-10 V/2-10 V/3-punts. Deze temperatuurregelaar heeft een bedieningspaneel voor setpointaanpassing, modusschakelaar en statusindicatie.
