De sensor heeft een sondelengte van 140 mm en een diameter van 19,5 mm. Het uitgangssignaal kan worden geselecteerd als enthalpie of dauwpunt, in plaats van het vochtigheidssignaal. De kanaalsensor kan een vochtigheidsbereik meten van 0% tot 100% RV. De kanaalsensor kan een temperatuurbereik meten van -40 tot 80 °C (-40 tot 176 °F). De sensor heeft een IP65-beschermingsgraad. Het uitgangssignaal is 0-10 V en 0-5 V. De voedingsspanning is 24 V AC/DC. Deze sensor wordt gebruikt voor luchttoepassingen.
