De Schneider Electric M KNX voedingseenheid is voorzien van een KNX-bussysteem en een DIN-rail adapter. Hij is vier module-eenheden breed en heeft een LED-indicator. Het apparaat heeft een maximale uitgangsstroom van 640 mA en een secundaire spanning van 230V. Deze noodvoeding is ontworpen om de busspanning te bufferen. In het geval van een volledige stroomstoring kan een externe loodgelbatterij met een spanning van DC 12V worden aangesloten op de REG-voeding voor buffering. De loodaccu wordt in opgeladen toestand gehouden door geïntegreerde oplaadelektronica. Er is een binaire ingang beschikbaar voor het registreren van de operationele status. Het apparaat kan worden gemonteerd op DIN-rails TH35 volgens EN 60715. De nominale spanning is AC 110-230 V ±10% en het bedrijfsspanningsbereik is AC 92 V - AC 253 V. De netfrequentie is 50-60 Hz ±10%. Het uitgangsvermogen is DC 30 V ±2 V met een uitgangsstroom: zonder batterij maximaal. Voeding. 300 mA, met batterij zonder voeding max. 640 mA.
