TIG welded for maximum strength and durability
A direct replacement for the standard part, Direnza Charge Coolers are optimised for cooling capability. Constructed from aircraft grade aluminium (a material well-known for its excellent thermal conductivity), our Charge Coolers are the perfect addition to any car, including those driven hard on track.
Designed and developed in-house by Direnza engineers, our Charge Coolers provide as much as 40% additional cooling capacity compared with standard systems, their robust yet intricate design, and exceptional cooling performance being a testament to our R&D processes.
Direnza Charge Coolers are TIG-welded for additional strength and durability. TIG welding also provides a more precise finish than MIG welding, and reduces stress on the material at hand. Our Charge Coolers will enhance the appearance of any engine bay.
DYNO RESULT:
Put through its paces on a state-of-the-art Maha MSR 500 Dyno, our Aluminium Charge Cooler showed an increase of +12.4HP, +3.4NM & a 6°c reduction of peak intake temps!
