Deze bewegingsmelder uit de Home Control reeks van Niko detecteert beweging van een warmtebron met behulp van Passief Infrarood (PIR) technologie en is uitgerust met een lichtmeetcel die de invallende lichtintensiteit meet. Op basis van deze gegevens kunnen Niko Home Control functies geactiveerd of gedeactiveerd worden. Het licht bij je voordeur kan bijvoorbeeld op 30% gaan branden als het donker wordt, en het licht schakelt pas op volle sterkte als er beweging wordt gedetecteerd. De minidetector kan op verschillende manieren worden gebruikt: Als aanwezigheidsmelder (automatisch aan/uit met minidetector).
