De klep is geschikt voor heet water en stoom, water, lucht, kooldioxide, verdunde zuren en basen, sterke zuren en basen, olie, brandstof, oplosmiddelen, alcoholen, smeermiddelen, brandbare gassen, zeewater en gedemineraliseerd water tot een maximumdruk van 16 bar. Handbediend en ook geschikt voor elektrische of pneumatische bediening met een ISO 5211 F07 flens. De klep werkt binnen een temperatuurbereik van -20 tot 200 °C.
