Deze Bürkert pneumatische controle-eenheid (type 8697) wordt gemonteerd bovenop Bürkert type 20xx ventielen met CLASSIC 40 mm, 50 mm en 63 mm actuators. De luchtstroom wordt geregeld met een 24V DC signaal. De besturingseenheid vervangt een magneetklep die anders zou worden gebruikt. Hij is voorzien van PNP inductieve benaderingsschakelaars en is geschikt voor een 24 V DC feedbackspanning. Het toestel heeft G 1/8 inch binnendraadpoorten om de luchtleidingen aan te sluiten en een M16 x 1,5 wartel voor de elektrische aansluiting. Externe slangen zijn niet nodig, omdat het apparaat een interne luchtgeleiding heeft. LED's geven de status van het apparaat aan. De eenheid is ideaal voor gebruik in de levensmiddelen-, dranken- en farmaceutische industrie dankzij de gemakkelijk te reinigen behuizing, de IP65/67-bescherming en de chemisch bestendige materialen. Deze unit is UL gecertificeerd.
