De DEHNbloc modulaire bliksemafleider is een enkelpolig, vonkenvanger type 1 apparaat volgens EN 61643-11. Het bestaat uit een basisdeel en een insteekbare beveiligingsmodule. Met RADAX Flow volgstroombegrenzing zorgt het voor maximale systeembeschikbaarheid. Hij kan consumenteninstallaties met laagspanning beschermen tegen piekspanningen en zelfs tegen directe blikseminslag. Hij kan worden geïnstalleerd volgens het concept van bliksembeveiligingszones aan de grenzen van 0A - 1. Het apparaat ondersteunt een maximale continue wisselspanning van 150 V en heeft een DIN-rail van 35 mm. Het gebruikt een maximale geleider doorsnede flexibel 35mm² en stijf 50mm² (exclusief aarde). Het heeft een beschermingsniveau (IP) van IP20 en een DIN-afmeting van 2 TE (rastermaat). Deze overspanningsbeveiliging is compatibel met TN en TN-C netwerktype. Het bevat ook een statuscontact.
