De DEHNgap Maxi is een enkelpolige, modulaire bliksemafleider, speciaal ontworpen voor installatie in 3+1 en 1+1 circuits van TT-systemen volgens IEC 60364-5-53. Deze arrester van type 1 voldoet aan EN 61643-11 en is bedoeld voor de bescherming van laagspanningsinstallaties van consumenten tegen piekspanningen en zelfs directe blikseminslag. Hij kan een nominale ontladingspiekstroom (8/20) van 100 kA en een specifieke energie (W/R) van 2500 kJ/Ohm aan en werkt bij een maximale continue wisselspanning van 255 V. Het beschikt over glasvezelsignalering op het apparaat en is ondergebracht in koperen rails.
