Deze ruimtetemperatuurregelaar van Belimo is ontworpen voor gecontroleerde ventilatie van appartementen en heeft drie uitgangen. De eerste uitgang, ao1, is een analoge uitgang die gebruikt wordt voor het aansturen van luchttoevoerapparaten, zoals VAV-units of klepactuators. De tweede uitgang, ao2, is bedoeld voor afvoerluchtapparaten, zoals VAV-units of klepactuators. De derde uitgang, ao3, levert een veelzijdig 2-punts (aan/uit) of 3-punts signaal dat effectief gebruikt kan worden om een verwarmingsklep te regelen, wat zorgt voor een nauwkeurige en efficiënte ventilatie van het appartement. Deze ruimteregelaar regelt temperaturen van 0 tot 50 °C (32 tot 122 °F). De voedingsspanning is 24 V DC. Het uitgangssignaal is 2-10 V/2-punts/3-punts.
