Deze passieve vorstbewaking van Belimo is ontworpen om de temperaturen van water-/luchtverwarmers in ventilatie- en airconditioningsystemen te bewaken. De vorstbewaker voorkomt vorstschade aan de koelregisters door de temperatuur te meten met een bereik van -10 en 15 °C (14 en 59 °F), met een standaardinstelling van 5 °C (41 °F). Het heeft een capillair van 3 meter. Het vorstbewakingsuitgangssignaal voor de vorstbeveiligingsschakelaar is een omschakelaar (enkelpolig dubbelrijig (SPDT). Het uitgangssignaal is 230 V AC/DC. Deze vorstbewaking heeft een schakelbetrouwbaarheid van minimaal 100 mA bij 24 V AC/DC. De vorstmonitor heeft een IP65-beschermingsgraad. De microschakelaar keert automatisch terug naar de uitgangspositie als de temperatuur stijgt.
