Dit is een 90° gehoekte testsonde die geschikt is voor schakelinstallaties. Specifiek ontworpen voor scenario's waarbij de testcontacten alleen toegankelijk zijn (via een tulp) van onder naar boven. Hij kan bevestigd worden aan de teststangen van de PHE III en PHE spanningsdetectors. De sonde is bedoeld voor gebruik met hoogspanningsapparatuur met een nominaal spanningsbereik van 3 - 36 kV. De totale lengte van de sonde is 200 mm. De belangrijkste functie is het waarborgen van de veiligheid van hoogspanningsactiviteiten.
